he has both off the map mods and he changes the maps using his phone, anyone feel that they could code this as he doesn't want to release this to the public.
(also today is my birthday )

Sounds like a script mod, don't even bother releasing, it's only possible with Jtag and of course PC.

Oh sure, you can edit the text of a cell phone option easily, with just SparkIV and Notepad.

You have to use a GXT Editor its not possible on notepad. Do you have any proof of these modifications?

no i dont have proof but, he does do meh modded lobbies and iu have rode the ramps and the highway that are at the corner of the airport.

Oh trust me... and forget proof, this seems impossible anyway, sounds most likely a script mod, which are patched and require the modification of an update (and that would be a J.t.a.g).
