Hello i have heard a few rumors of people getting unbanned can someone explain clearly what to do i have read the tutorials but i got confused also what does transfer it onto a new account mean

In the terms and conditions there it says that you are aloud to unlick your ea account from your account at any time, so just go to chat and ask them to do that
