Well title says it all I hope most of you know the risk of playing MW3 early without the legit copy and why they put the servers up they are basicly baiting all those who are playing the game without a legit copy you then when they check your console they will flag your account and when the official release comes dont think your off the hook I suggest all you people burning the game dont play it online unless you dont care if you get banned and maybe am wrong but maybe I am not just wait till everyone spams the forums saying "I got Console Banned".

(You wont get banned if you have the legit copy)

Xbox support confirmed that if you have a legit copy of the game. You can enjoy mp early, so no, they will not be gettin banned unless they have pirated it (most people)

If it is a legitimate copy, enjoy the game. If it isn't, Console Banned. Microsoft said if it was a legit copy, they could play it.

i played Black ops 2 days early and i still never got banned. They don't put the servers up to bait you they put the servers up for reviewers like IGN.and for people who are going to get it early to test it.

I think they check your console for modifications before they flag you Flag doesnt mean its a instant ban it just means that your a suspect.
