Every time I Sync my iTouch I try to open my apps and all them when I open them go to the Home screen. I also tried redowloading them and opening them after sync but it is still the same problem

Any help?

Whenever I sync my iTouch and try to open my apps they don't open and they just go to the home screen of iTouch.

I tried restarting my device but it won't work

Have you tried going to the App Store and updating the apps?
