I bought a Dazzle DVC 107 in April, and I've recorded about 400 clips. It was working fine ever since I got my computer wiped. I have all of the drivers aswell. It comes up as a DVC 100, and when I go to record it says there is no valid capture device found. I uninstalled drivers and re-installed, tried different ports too. What else could it be?

Try restoring you computer back to default settings. Then re-installing the whole thing.
