ok it sounds like you have a bad block get hold of bad block mover and see if this fixes it if not might be a dead KV
plase say you have your original nand if you do flash this back on and see if you still get errors.

ok if your original nand works make a new freeboot image and reflash see if it works
if it does its probably a bad KV please REP

is it possible you have damaged your jtag connections ??

can you post close up pics of the jtag install IE: the solder connections
