ok so i have a dazzle platinum and when i record it goes all laggy and jumps, can someone please help me with this cause im wanting to start doing some montages and record some footage of my lobbies, please add me on aim if you can help ... rhysmartin94 (only serious people add me please)

do you render your videos when done. this was my problem. always render after recording.

yeah i have rendered them, they are really laggy before and after render

Use gold male ends. It helps boost the connection. Still render it too.

Do you use a laptop? If you use a laptop make sure that it is plugged in and chargung even if it doesnt need charging at all times when recording, Especially if you dont have a very powerful laptop, Msg back if this helps or if you have a regular computer, Hope it helps!

ok, it is a dazzle platinum (dvc 170) i own, i got quite bad quality on the videos, i then uploaded one on to youtube to check out the quality and this is what i got...
i then attempted to get even better render settings and deal with the sound dip/lag i was getting and this was the outcome (even worse than before) ...
the video slows down and speeds up by itself, i did not cause that
Can anyone help me get the best render settings, all tutorials on youtube are actually for a HDPVR and it is also a HDPVR that is being used to record, someone please help
