have thay patch the daedra hearts thing when you go the the alter? just wondering its been like 30 days and there not coming back

It is the samething for me... What i would do is go and delete the title update and see if they come back, if they dont then you know they've updated it!

Why don't you just buy them from Ethnir? He sells 2 every 48 hours.

He's at the College of Winterhold. Talk to him once, then talk to him again. You'll be able to buy stuff from him.

He's in the Hall of Attainment. You can usually find him at night. Just keep waiting at the top floor and he should pop up. Hes the brown elvish guy.
