I saw this guy with special characters in his clan tag and in the game his bame showed up as a question mark

It's a glitch. Do not due it. IW are banning people for every little thing now.

It is mainly when the host leaves and the host migration activates, when it picks the host some people's gamertag will just show a ?

That or if someone just joins the game, and there connection isn't fully connected it will have a ? as a gamertag.
