you can get it on gamestop.com, I'm pretty positive that will work because when i got call of duty elite they sent me the code in an email.

i think that would probably be the easiest for you
all of the sites that claim to email you directly with the code after the payment has been recieved are bull shit. ive used them before so i could try an get my membership back asap and i ended up waiting a week for them to email it to me
