Check the USB ports and see if the golden coils are not touching the outer metal of the case.

i always loved those consoles becaus they didnt usually have history of rrod

usually some dumb kid just jammed the usb and i would un jam it so nothing shorted and they would boot right up

that was when i was buying 50 broken consoles a month from supplier

you can check the usb ports but normally there is nothing you can do

Ok Are You Sure You Was Sold The Right Power Supply Like Xenon - 203Watt Output. You Will Need To Have The Right Power Supply Or It Could Over Heat Or In Your Case Not Turn On.

Yea I.have never had the Xbox turned on so I didn't over heat it.
