I am really confused can somebody tell me if I can jailbreak a pep like a ps3 and host Lobbys lol I'm really confused my pap OS on creek 6.00

You can jailbreak your psp system but you are unable to host lobbies because games like MW2, CoD 4, and other games are not compatible with it
