I think wall hack is available. But only for the person who is hosting. Chrome and radar always on are also available with promos.

but if he was a hoster would it not have been a 18 man FFA for his mods to work? or is that just for xp lobbies?

Not sure man but I don't think aimbot is available yet. Have a look at all the xp lobby videos, chrome wall hack and promos are on, but no aimbot.

Aimbot isn't in the game, so theres no way to get it unless you can run unsigned code.
TL;DR: you need an online JTAG to (MAYBE) get an aimbot

public cheater infections, have wallhack, unlimited uav, super steady aim etc.. but can only get it if you have a jtag yourself.
