I know there used to be a lot of problems with this.
The one thing i would recommend is firstly unplug all your internet connection, leave it off for about 20-30 seconds, then plug it back in Load fifa up and try see if that works.

- If that fails then press the middle button and go to the right until you get a menu where one of the options is system settings, click on that.
The go to memory/storage, cant remember which word it says. Then when your devices appear on screen instead of pressing A to select hard drive. Press Y Then select clear system cache option.
Then when you load fifa you will have an update, but it should solve the problem.

Hope this helps.
When you've done this, especially solution 2, come back here and tell me if it's worked or not. If not i've got a few other ideas how to solve the problem.
