u can mod guns but you most likely mixed manufaturer parts and made a gun that needs to be hex edited, just use a hex editer and find a part of the gun in there then go to the 9th bit of the gun the number should be 05 and change the number to 47 thats 71 in hex but the game subtracts 2 from the hex so the gun will be level 69 make a copy before you attept this so you dont screw up your save
