Sony ban your account not your console or games played,if all your other games are working online without problems then yes it would suggest that the game itself is to blame.Could you not get another copy of waw from say a mate or someone to test it out ?Does sound to me like the game is to blame but make sure you have all the games updates installed too.

its odd i dont think its my account bc i can play mw3 fine and cod waw works offline like normal just when i try to connect while playing or start up connected it freezes its a pritty new call of duty and like no scraches ether my friend is telling me its something with my connection but i have it hard wired i even opened it up to clean the lenes and extend the antenna
its just being realy dumb i had to update this morning it didnt tell me i need to but i checked for update so i did update and it didnt say to update waw is there any way to usb update waw? that might be it i might need to update the game but theres no option to

Don't think you can update games via USB only firmware...for the simple reason that Sony won't ever allow a mechanism to transfer game installs from an external USB device.
