Right Guys About 2 Weeks Ago I Fuked UP My Pc By Deleting My Admin The Defualt User
Lucky I Had Another User And Now On The Spare User When The Admin Thing Pops Up It Says
Yes In Gray Like I Cant Click It ?
WTF? I Need Help And I Will Gift Gold Guys ...

Never heard of this happening, but go to user control panel and turn user account control off (if it will let you) and try see in there if there is an option to make a new admin account.
EDIT
Or try a system restore point to before you deleted the account.

Yeah i also have never seen such a thing.. If you cannot find a solution that works just restore your computer to factory settings, that should sort it out.

Re-install your operating system and transfer your memory on your usb or soemthing

when your computer first starts up it gives you options to press like F12 or F8 or something well press the settings one and you can setup a new admin account there

Restore your computer to Factory Settings. Restart your computer, hit F8 before anything loads and go to memory options then find "Restore to Factory Settings"

right what you need to is start your pc up and as soon as the make of your computer pops up (ie. Dell ) just spam the F8 key on your key board it will then pop up with the pc menu
all you need to do is resore last good settings and then look for the option to the domain user and follow instructions
