-Must follow standard driving rules.

-Do not kill civilians unless you have a VALID reason.

Civilians
-DO NOT SHOOT COPS
-Only weapon permitted is pistols
-Follow driving laws
-If any laws a broken police have permission to detain you.
-If You do not follow the rules the police CAN kill you.


Rules
-NO SHOOTING COPS
-You may kill cops with your vehicle or fists
-Follow driving laws (unless you are looking to get in a cop chase xD)
