that happened to me before just hold down the button it may take awhile to turn off tho

Put it in DFU mode
1)hold the power button for 3 seconds
2)hold the home button for 10 seconds(continue holding the power button)
3)Let go of the power button and just hold the home button for 15 seconds
4)plug in computer go on itunes click restore
