OKAY SO MY JTAG WHEN I TURN IT ON NOTHING SHOWS UP ON THE SCREEN.. ABD ITS OT THE CABLE.. ITS SOME THING WITH TEH JTAG.. IT WONT LET ME CONNECT MY CONTROLLER EITHER.. AND AFTER A MINUTE OF NOTHING POPPING UP I GET 3 RED RINGS.. I WILL PAY YOU IF U CAN HELP ME!

Did this problem occur all by itself? Or was it something you did?

Because it gives you three red rings, it sounds like it's a hardware problem and will have to be repaired by a pro. It can either be x-clamped, reflown, or reballed. You could probably x-clamp fix it yourself, but for the better reflow and reball fixes you need to send your xbox to someone who specializes in these repairs.

happened to my jtag also, i just gave up on it. still sitting in my closet.

i think you have to take the jtag wires out, or thats what i read for the secondary error code. don't trust me on this though

no it had 2 red rings.. and i put new thermal paste on it. and then it happened..
