$840.91.

This will play most of the mainstream games out there with no problems. Mid range 560 ti and a 2500k is a very popular combo. Able to upgrade and OC without running into concerns. 600w Strider is great and will serve you well. You could drop the AHS if you want to save $30.

The motherboard doesn't support Crossfire or SLi thats a dealbreaker because if i ever need an upgrade i just want to buy another of the same gpu

A 560 ti is a much better card when compared to a 6770. A 6770 is a re-branded 5770 and has been outdated in my eyes for a while now. A 6970 will be hard to fit in to a $800 budget unless you're fine with re-using your current DVD drive and hard drive.

There's no need to select a different motherboard. Nothing can compete with the g43 that's within the price range. You set a $800 price range and if you select a different case and GPU the price will more than likely sky rocket. I do understand that not everybody likes the looks of the HAF 912, but it's one of the best cases for $50 you can grab ( a close competitor is the z9 ). If you want to spend more money on lets say a 7850, 7870, go ahead...it won't hurt.
