Tomorrow, July 9th 2012 the FBI will be disconnecting some people's internet access in an effort to remove DNSChanger Malware from millions of computers. The cause: a nasty DNSChanger Malware that went around by six Estonian nationals they were charged with using malware and rogue DNS servers to hijack millions of computers worldwide. Therefore forcing people to fraudulent websites thus hi-jacking information worth of value to you.

"The FBI says that if you see green, that's good. Red means you're infected. Still, the bureau notes, some systems that appear to be clean may appear that way because of their service provider: "If your ISP is redirecting DNS traffic for its customers, you would have reached this site even though you are infected."

SPEED wrote You're not going to get infected with malware tomorrow.

A long time ago a virus went around. The FBI caught it and replaced its host with the FBI's own servers. Tomorrow they're shutting those servers down, so anyone who's still infected may lose internet access.

If you're still infected after this long of a time, you deserve to have your internet shut off anyways.
