Now that pistons have been released i thought i would compile a detailed guide on pistons and what kind of contraptions you can build with them

What you should know about pistons:

Pistons are blocks capable of pushing most blocks, depending on the direction they are facing.

To construct a piston you will need:

3 Wooden Planks
4 Cobblestone
1 Iron
1 Red stone

What you should know about sticky Pistons:

Sticky Pistons are similar to the Piston that we talked about above, the difference is that it can pull blocks as well as push them.
When pushing outwards sticky pistons act exactly the same as regular pistons (pushing up to 12 blocks)
When retracting inwards sticky pistons will pull along the block immediately in front of it.
Blocks such as Obsidian, mob spawners, bedrock and other extended pistons cannot be pulled/pushed


To construct a sticky piston you will need:

1 Piston
