I didn't know where to post this, sorry.
Ok, so all my chords are plugged into my laptop, but the sound still comes out of the laptop, not the headset, what am I doing wrong?

No, maybe you plugged it into the microphone port? Make sure its in the headset hole.

It should automatically run drivers, did you plug in the green cable?

Right click the speaker icon in the bottom right corner and press "playback devices"
Select your headphones and right click on them and press "set as default device and set as default communication device"
If they aren't there, you don't have them set up properly.
