What do you feel is missing from current FPS games?

What would you like to see?

I am involved in a massive project and would actually like to listen to what the community wants rather than what the studio thinks you want.

You know what I would like to see, a game that has Halo 1, 2, and 3 maps with Halo 3 MM.

I would also like to see Halo 4 not look like Reach as much as that is killing the series and the fan base..

Both of those, well that would complete gaming for me as well for many others.

Think of a new game not an existing FPS.


What sort of characters? (alien, human, robot etc...)

Where should it be based? (earth, space etc...)

Past, present or future?

What sort of weapons?

Whats you fave weapon from any FPS game?

There's already one perfect FPS and that would be Arma III.

i would like to see a game mode for call of duty with only terminal, oasis and quarry domination

An FPS with a level up system and lootable container, bodies, ETC. Much like Fallout. However, maybe a different environment, like present day rebellion or zombie apocalypse. Something like Dead Island and Fallout mixed.

i would like to see dayz become an independent game, not a mod. and if that came to console they would be rich. If i could make a new game, it would be like dayz except you can host your own 7 man server to play with your friends.

There should be a trickshotting/snipping only game mode with rust terminal scrapyard highrise and quarry... for Mw2 !!!

A proper open world FPS would do lovely, I'd love to see a real open world game that allows you to drive cars, enter all buildings, etc.
