i have just bought a ASRock A75M-HVS the bios version is P1.20 and i need the bios to be version P1.60 or above but i cant update it because my CPU is made compatible in P1.60.

what should i do?

i cant do that coz i cant see anything on my screen coz my cpu is a AMD Llano A6 3670k Black ed with a gpu build in and that dose not work so i cant see anything

ASUS and ASRock brand mother boards tend to have a flash feature built into the motherboard. Look up in your manual if yours does, but if it does then all you have to do is put the bios on a flash drive and follow the instructions it gives you.
