its because you switched onto a different console and came back to a different one.

its happened to me to i already called xbox and they said that on there computer it still says you have had your account for the same years

i found a bug, if you check your awards there are none unlocked even tho you unlocked them.

Why dont you just contact xbox,or if you modded it using horizon then microsoft may have reseted it
