Are there an requirements at all? Or do you just have to prove your legitness. Because I recently joined this site but I have a jtag and want to host a few lobbies.

Not really, if you can prove legit with enough proof to a Moderator or Admin then they will post on your thread saying legit so people know you have been verified. But half the time they don't answer people so good luck with it.

Sure, AIM: iorio6969. It takes like 5 minutes to do, and I use tinypic.com to upload them.
