Hey.
My torrents are downloading at less than one kb/s steadily, and every now and then jump to about 50, then die down again. SOOO FRUSTRATING!!! any tips?
it has plenty of seeds and peers.
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE send me any tips.

Try turning up your upload speed for whatever torrent download program you are using. Alos turn down your upload speed, this determines how much badwith people are using from you. Thus this can be your problem.
