Well you can either talk it out and get a refund or you can charge back and use the tracking number from when you shipped it back to him as proof and you should win the case on paypal. Other than what I just told you, there isn't much you can do. That PVR is definitely gone though and you won't get that back.

I honestly don't care about the PVR, I had it for a while and never used it. I just talked to him, gave me an update and it's being shipped out tomorrow so I hope it goes according to plan. If something happens to be wrong with it then I'm just gonna send it to one of the sticky's because it took a little while to get it back. But according to him the console was toast and he had to get a new one. The new one had a problem and just wouldn't glitch so then he had to get another. Then the one he just got was perfectly good and RGH'd fine. He said to be shipping out tomorrow so I hope it goes according to the plan.

The reason I'm holding it back is because he seems legit and is pretty nice when ever I actually talk to him. It seems that it took him a while to get my console problem taken care of. If it's not then I will be releasing his name and contact a admin. But right now it looks like it might be ok.

If you as me, the safest would be to get a RGH slim. There not all that much. around 200/250 for a 4GB hdd. I have one and its better then my phat jtags.
