I do not know how but this guy joined my xbox live party when it was on invite only, no one was in my party but me and I don't know the guy also I even checked my friends friends list and he wasn't on there's.
Can someone explain to me how he did this?
His gamertag was: Oxrn
Has this happen to anyone to?

this happened to me before i guess its a glitch in the system because it happens once evry while to me

It sort of freaked me out, I was in a party alone, no friends in it, just me and he joined while it was on invite only, I never heard or seen his gamertag before.

they might of tried to join then you set it to invite only

It's nothing, he's not a "modder" it's just a glitch that Xbox hasn't found a solution for yet. The last dashboard
update, Xbox posted that they thought they foundthe solution, obviously not.
