You die = your energy moves on.

Most physicists believe time travel is possible, you would just need a device that could generate the same amount of energy as a black hole. We would have to create a wormhole, they fold space and time allowing you to jump back or foward in time.

What your saying with everyone being made of atoms is only a problem with teleporting. And teleporting is also possible, we have actually done it before (with only a few atoms of course). But yes if you teleport you would have to technically die, you would be dismembered at an atomic and have to have all your atoms rearranged in the exact order they were before.

Time travel to the future is possible but we would need to travel through space faster than the speed of light which is nearly impossible. Nothing can be done for our past though. What is done is done it cannot be changed
