I didn't find this out until 4 months I bought my computer, My graphic's card was built into my motherboard, So I've recently found out from a friend that you can buy another graphic's card and override the main graphic's card, I just wanted to make sure That's actually possible.
I'm not sure where to find my spec's if someone could tell me how, That'd be great.
BUT, I would love someone to help me find a better graphic's card.

A rookie perhaps?
The "Built in graphics" as you call them are called integrated graphics.
Yes you can add a new Graphics card and it will make a significant difference. They range from 30-500 GBP.
But your coputer has to be compatible. Your powers supply needs to be able to handle and you need to have the right slot for the graphcis card.
To find out your specs download CPU-Z or google your computer.
Your computer will have at least of 1 of these slots-

Most Graphics cards now a days are X16 and usually require a 6 pin connnector which should be a spare cable coming from your power supply.
X1 graphics cards exist but are not worth it. AGP do and are only worth it if you dont have x16. And the oldest...PCI dont really exist and are definitely not worth it.
Here is a card you want if your computer can handle it - [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
Hope I helped and I tried to be simply. [/url]
EDIT: Why the stupid incorrect use of ' ?
Also it is 100% possible. Sound cards and wireless adapters and some other things can go into them slots as well. Talk to r00t about this. He is far more intelligent than me.

I would not recommend buying a graphics card, I am almost 100% sure that your PSU will not be enough. I would just save some money and build a rig.
