Hey you guys!
I'am having trouble connecting to my router i've called customer support and everything and they told me somethings that did not work i've tried the CMD ipconfig/all and tryed to use a static ip but that didn't work any suggestions?

P.S the weird thing is that my cousin can connect and he's the same distance from the router that i am?

Try resetting your router. or connect using Ethernet cable.

i have tried resetting the router but it did not work the dude from customer support said something about my firmware may need to be upgraded?

yah try using ethernet cables

go to network setting at the dashboard and make sure the info is correct

maybe ur connection isnt as good as his, use ethernet 8)

turn your router off then let it sit for a minute then turn back on
