I want to know a cheap game recording device that will record my commentary along with my game play with setup guide aswell

What is cheap?
Also most software will record your commentary but you will have to do it on the pc rather than xbox/console some software you my have to use audio repeaters but there is plenty of tuts on YouTube for that
