It is an acer aspire 5552 laptop. It has already been REFORMATTED AND HAD WINDOWS 7 REINSTALLED on it so the factory reset program has been deleted. Is there anyway to restore the original windows back to how I bought it or is there no way? Thanks.

Do you have the OS installation disc that comes with the laptop?
If so, when booting up, press F12, select boot from disc, follow the guide then it's a custom install I think, format the partitions then give it a fresh install.
Once you've done that, you'll have a clean laptop but you will need to go to your laptop manufacturers website to get all of the drivers needed for your model back.
