Can anyone confirm that the Custom Mode for XP Lobby Glitch is STILL working?

Have tried and tried to do and CANNOT get to work!
Doesn't say "Need x players" to start...

Can still do other "locked Lobby" Glitch

* Please advise if still working!
** Invite me to custom XP game lobby possibly???
