So in some place on this planet, probably in nasa - the universe/multiverse that we know of and can see with our technology is mapped out on a computer in one big piece of data. But think of it like a video game, every game has its boundaries, a place that you can not go past but you can visually see faintly. What if we are being tested by somebody/something and we are simply toys, science rats being experimented. We cannot not travel as far as we can see but it is there for us to wonder. Our bodies are to feeble to travel vast distances through space, why can't we see the infinity of space!
If you think in logical computer programming, gaming scenarios, you have to put limits on the game so they SIMS are never aware that they are a simulation?

I'm not stating it is true, but imagine we found out we was just an experiment. Would we be a real version of the film -

The Truman Show
This is a film about an insurance salesman/adjuster discovers his entire life is actually a TV show.

What could we do? What would happen?

A physicist did a study into the metaphysics of the Universe and he concluded that it is possible that we are the bi-product of some huge code.

He said that in the Multiverse, when one universe grows too advanced, it would eventually try and self replicate itself and we are the product of that, obviously some of the coding would be different, hence why certain things within the Universe are different.

It's basically us creating ourselves in a computer code over and over and over and over and he thought this would happen infinitely, hence why we could not see the Multiverse, because it is in a different virtual reality and each Universe within it in a different virtual reality.

I thought this was a little far fetched though, I really don't think we'll become advanced enough to recreate a Universe, then again, we aren't the only race and someone could be working on it right now.
