Probably with only some of the games 360 has right now. That is one of the things you will probably have to test yourself if the 720 plays disks. We don't even know if it will play disks or not though. We also never know if we will need any type of passes to play games anymore. It is all about how the console is made, and what you can do with it. I know the PS3 barely plays PS2 games, but plays almost all PS1 games. That might be something they announce on point with release.
