Think about this though we live in a twisted society now. i love Swimming pools by Kendrick has a soothing beat and some of his other songs but that doesn't mean his album was the best of 2012. Also to OP add Nas to the real rappers because he speaks truth n his lyrics. To the people who saying he is stuck in the 90's I dont blame him because now where has rap gone from. Back then it was how you grew up and your struggle now its just BS on how they can fk anyone they want and how much money they have. Swimming Pools is one of Kendricks worst songs, Sadly it's the only one most people listen too.

I do admit, Kendrick sold out when he recorded F***in Problems, but the rest of his songs are about his life. His beats are incredible, and soothing. The whole album was just amazing. Every reviewer will tell you the same thing.

Oh and you might want to add Snoop Dog on the list of real rappers, He's a complete sellout know a days but back in the day he had a sick flow.
