I've been looking into getting a gaming PC, as right now I only have my laptop. I'm not sure as to if I want to build it, as I'm only 16 and I wouldn't want to break any parts. If anyone could guide me in the right direction I would really appreciate it.

That's just a waste.
The following options are custom built PC's built for you at not anywhere near 2k;

UK - [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] or [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

US - [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

You could easily build a pc that can run pretty much any game on max settings at over 60fps, before overclocking your GPU or CPU.

Hope this helped, but as a not of advice, if it's your first custom build, I wouldn't recommend going over 1k.
