xmc 4.0 is the best free menu but also the backlist v2 looks good although i have not tried it, what i would do is get all the menus that look good and put them into a mod loader them you have a variety to choose from.

Those are some good mods but he may want different mods e.g you have not got three socks trainer

But it has thing like garage mod were you can tune speed and handling of your car and when you want to select your colours you can actually see the colours rather than having to scroll though the number like on xmc
