At the actual Radioshack store, they have audio Y splitters in the audio section. They are Radioshack brand so they are cheap. I guarantee you they work, I had the same problem when I got my capture card luckily someone told me that they'd work because the splitter does just that, it splits the connection. Let me know if you need some help finding them, they shouldn't be hard though just ask the clerk at the cash register.
