ok so i get bad screen tearing while playing arma 2 dayz warz bf3 every once in a while im running everything ive tried turning vsync on and off in nvidia control panel and in game it didnt change anything by the way theese are my specs nvidia gtx 670 4gb evga i7 3770k and 8 gbs of ram id post a picture of screen tearing but not sure how to please help

You can't screencap the tearing unless you can record the signal to the monitor at 60 FPS.

See if you can limit the FPS to something just below 60 FPS, like 59.95 or something similar. Vsync should solve the tearing issue and result in another issue, input lag, which can be mostly fixed by enabling triple-buffering.
