First you MUST get the file from community, if you need to find it, add me(Neuro Bliss) and go on my fileshare, it's #1.
Play the video for about a minute or until the green letters appear, then back out of theater mode

Once you have the green letters appear, you must join a game of "Team Tac"(make sure it's demolition OR domination).

Then you must get to be the host, kill yourself 6 times until you've reached 0xp(check by pressing the start button)

Then you back out of the game(keep in mind you must be the host)

Enter prestige mode

Then after you've prestiged, you must go back to the main menu(with the tv and your strapped to the chair) then go to multiplayer and prestige a second time, repeat this process until your 15th.

If you want you level to stick, you must kill yourself 22-23 times until your cod points are positive, then when your host back out and join a regular game.
