Wire placement is just as important as the soldering.
it may work fine with a wire in certain areas, then if you move it a hair it could not blink or may freeze - Common issue with RGH and usually has to due with CPU_RST (BLUE WIRE) & CPU_PLL_BYPASS (GREEN WIRE).
This may be a stretch for you but can you write your original stock nand to the system, turn the coolrunner to PRG and confirm it still functions as stock console?
