As far as party chat. If I'm playing with 4 friends online, I would rather hear only those 4 friends and not the whole lobby. Also, you can turn party's on invite only. No more random joining. Problem solved.

8GB is terrible. I have a 250GB Hard drive for my Xbox 360 right now... Am I the only one that likes to download all their games to their hard drive in fear of it getting scratched and having to pay for replacements?
