I was just online playing a game and the guy I was playing told me to go into game chat so I did n all he wad saying was watch this and laughing.
He then scores and my game freezes so then I turned xbox on and off put fifa on load UT and my stats are 0-0-0 and I have know players does anyone know why?

The best thing you can do is chat to their support team, Probably won't have any luck though, I got scammed for 1.4M and never got anything back.
