This tutorial is for people getting slow download speed in uTorrent. First things first go into uTorrent. Click Options, then click preferences. Now look in the spoilers below for all the right settings.

bt.connect_speed = 80
dht.rate = 0
gui.show_notorrents_node = false
rss.update_interval = 0 Leave everything else in the Advanced settings alone.
