Okay, at night it says my blood boils and my vampire something comes to life. So im guessing that i am a vampire but how so? I'm level 12 and how do i get rid of this?

go to any nearby shrine and accept its blessing; this removes all diseases and unless you are a stage 4 or higher vampire it should fix you up

try eating a lot or go to the shrine of talos in whiterun,a priest should be talking,behind the priest is the shrine,just use it

Go to Morthal and speak the the inn keeper. Ask if she heard any rumors later.The game will tell you what to do after that.
